  • Everyone's retention is different but we usually recommend 2-3 weeks to maintain your lash extensions! Having proper upkeep to your extensions will ensure your lashes stay healthy as well as look great.

  • We allocate roughly 2 hours for each full set appointment but sometimes we will go over if you have a lot of lashes! Everyone is different! What we could get done in 2 hours on one person could look entirely different on another. it all depends on how many natural lashes you have!

  • Cancelation after 24hrs will incur a fee of $50 or the amount of your deposit you paid online will be lost.

    If you do not turn up to your appointment without calling or texting the business number you will be charged the FULL amount that your appointment was worth.

    When booking an appointment via Facebook or Instagram your will now need to transfer a deposit before your booking can be confirmed.

    •no re-booking will be allowed until this fee has been paid.

  • We are based at 1/29 Morgan Street Wagga Wagga, with convenient street parking + also a public all day car park across the road. We are directly a cross from Bolton Park and the Wagga Skate Park.

Lash Tips

CLEANSING

Dirty lashes is the number one reason your lashes won’t last. Cleansing is the only way to remove any dirt, oils & makeup from your lashes! This must be done with a proper lash cleanser, not just facial wash.

We offer a complimentary lash wash at the start of every appointment.. so please! Try not to have a fresh full face of makeup to see the girls after your lash app meaning we cannot cleanse them!

MASCARA

If there’s one thing glue will straight up refuse to stick to, it’s mascara. For your full set appointments we highly recommend avoiding mascara the day before & the day of your appointment.. ESPECIALLY waterproof.. if there is any residue left you will have fall out as soon as you brush them..

COFFEE

Sad we know… but lashing jittery eyes could actually be an Olympic sport! When your super jittery you can become watery which really makes it hard to stick our beautiful fans to your lash! Avoid drinking coffee right before your appointment.

WATERY EYES

We understand this cannot be avoided for some people!
If you are really watery in your appointment we will rinse and cleanse at the end of your appointment but most of the time the glue will not stick properly. If you have been watery in an appointment and have noticed lashes falling off sooner - this is your answer!

We encourage you to tell us right away if you notice a lot of fall out (or talk to your lash tech if you don't see us) as soon as possible. It will be within 48 hours! We can assure you that we would rather know the problem and fix it with you than spend money on something that can be easily fixed 90% of the time!

If you notify us within three days of the damage, we will provide free touch-ups!
